Welcome to World of Support (WOS). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and all related tools or websites ("Services"). By accessing or using WOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the WOS platform, whether as a job seeker, employer, trainer, partner, or visitor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. User Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under your local laws.
- Provide accurate information when creating an account.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
WOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or policies.
3. Services Overview
WOS provides a digital platform that offers:
- Job listings and job application tools.
- Employer branding and recruitment solutions.
- Career coaching and training programs.
- Skill verification and assessments.
- Partnership and integration services.
WOS does not guarantee employment, nor does it act as an employer for users unless specifically stated.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account.
- Not misrepresent your identity, skills, or credentials.
- Use WOS in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
- Not upload malicious code, spam, or infringe on the rights of others.
Employers are responsible for job postings and must comply with labor and anti-discrimination laws.
5. Content Ownership
- Your Content: You retain rights to any content you submit, such as CVs, job posts, and messages. You grant WOS a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it for the purpose of providing our Services.
- WOS Content: All trademarks, logos, designs, and data on the platform remain the intellectual property of WOS and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Some WOS services may be paid. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation policy displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
WOS supports secure payments via Mobile Money, PayPal, and other approved channels.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
WOS may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Required by law enforcement or a court order.
You may also deactivate your account at any time via your dashboard.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
WOS provides the platform “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:
- Continuous or error-free access.
- That job applications will result in employment.
- The accuracy or reliability of user-generated content.
WOS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Use or inability to use the Services.
- Loss of data, job opportunities, or earnings.
- Third-party conduct or platform misuse.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the service in question.
10. Modifications to Terms
WOS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or on the platform. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
11. Governing Law
