Graphics Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of digital media including websites, social media, digital ads, marketing materials, and UI concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital assets including banners, social media posts, infographics, icons, UI mockups, and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and development teams to bring ideas to life visually.

• Create consistent brand visuals and maintain brand integrity across all designs.

• Help conceptualize visuals based on requirements and feedback.

• Use innovation to redefine design briefs within time and cost constraints.

• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role (Portfolio required).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or other visual design tools.

• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and branding.

• Experience in designing for web, mobile, and social platforms.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

• Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus)

• Basic motion graphics or video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere).

• Experience with WordPress or web design tools.

• Familiarity with African and tech industry design trends.
